There are several pickup locations at the Hollywood luau location. The Uber & Lyft Apps provides directions that can guide you to the designated Pickup Zones, that are stationed near the entrance. There are charging stations, bathrooms, and staff to help you with your ride.
How to request a ride (from Uber.com):
- Request UberX, UberXL, UberBlack, or UberBlack SUV
- A 6-digit PIN code will be sent to your phone
- Follow the line that matches your vehicle type
- Head to the first vehicle, show your PIN code to your driver
- Enjoy the ride!
