Upon arrival please proceed to Check in area located at the main entrance. For your convenience, our tickets are paperless and will check you in from your mobile phone. You can also print your confirmation order and present it at check in with valid issued ID

Evening Show Time

Luau, Dinner & Show Package: (5:00pm to 9:00pm).

Seating for the dinner starts at 7:00 pm followed by the show promptly at 8:00 pm

Recommendation
Please plan on arriving to the venue at least 30 mins before the show start, otherwise you may miss the opening of the show. Allow yourself plenty of time for parking and walking through the venue

If you are using the shuttle services, your ambassador will take care of all the check in process for you, and will be available to assist you in anything you need during your entire visit.
